  The staff is always friendly. The drive thru is much faster than other locations. I've sat for over 30 minutes in a Starbucks drive thru in Chandler before but I have never been in the drive thru at this location for more than 10 minutes, even during busy times. Most days I am through the line within 3 minutes. My only complaint is that twice my husband got food here and tried to eat it as soon as we were given it (so no drive time in between) and the egg inside was cold in the middle. Even though this sucks, that's only 2 times we have had issues and we've been about 5 times a week for the last several months.

  Drive-thru always seems to have a long line, and it doesn't always move quickly. I always receive 5-star service when Manny is working the window, but it's less consistent when others are working. Examples of less than stellar service include an employee not providing napkins with my sandwich, an employee not providing a straw with a cold drink, and an employee incorrectly telling me that a new sandwich didn't contain olives. I miss the days when Starbucks started popping up all over AZ and all the employees were cheerful and eager to help, but at least Manny still exemplifies excellent customer service.

  Solid Starbucks. They're all pretty much the same but this one had good seating options of you want to plug something in or work on a computer. Also they don't play their music unreasonably loud like some places so you can listen to your own music over it easily on your headphones

  Usually get everything right. There's one guy who works the drive thru who can never get a light caramel frapp right.
